Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Exchange Indexes (version 4.0.3) Installation: Is it free?

I'm trying to configure this add-on in our environment. Could you please tell me do we need to pay for this product or is it free to download and install ? I'm asking this because when I try to download and install the ad-on from the splunk cloud console, it says "Unable to install app." after I enter my splunk credentials.

@indikafern - It's a free App to download and install. You can try again, if that doesn't work you can request Splunk to install on your behalf.
